Roofing Technician
Full Time position in 306 Delaware Dr. Colorado Springs, CO, 80903
Immediate hire for all roofing technician. 3+ years exp. in Commercial and/or Residential roofing is necessary! Must have a superior work ethic to work productively with minimal supervision and possess the ability to troubleshoot on-site problems within stringent time frames to service our customer base. - Experienced on commercial and residential roof systems
- Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repair
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written
- Ideal candidate would have shingle, modified bitumen, built-up, TPO, EPDM and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems experience.
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50lbs / Climb ladders
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business need
- Knowledge of common tools and materials used in construction and maintenance work is highly desired
- outdoors in a variety of climatic conditions
